Do you take care of your body?
Are you as fit and well as you can possibly be?
If you’re like most of us, you’ve answered “no” to at least one of those questions. And that’s exactly why I write this blog. I’ve studied nutrition and personal training, so I know the ins and outs of fitness, but I don’t always follow them as well as I should. Call it laziness; call it human nature. But, sometimes I need to remind myself of what I really should be doing to stay fit and healthy.
On this blog, you’ll find a collection of my best “fit tips” that I hope will motivate us (you and I) to take the action we need to become better versions of ourselves.
